In reply to your letter marked B, I am beg to inform you that I am ready to send the Originals of all Estimates to be recorded in your office and otherwise, to adhere to this Instruction, merely observing that I fear we shall be constantly requiring of you the production of those Documents which have hitherto been always at hand in our own office.
